Process Flow of Corn Dedicated Organic Fertilizer Production:
1. Ingredient of raw materials:
In general, you can choose the urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, sulfate of ammonium,
ammonium phosphate (ammonium phosphate, diammonium salt, TSP, SSP phosphate), KCl (potassium
sulfate) and other raw materials by a proportion (mainly determined the needs of the local soil test results
and local market demand);
2. Mixing:
Mix the mixture evenly to improve uniform fertilizing efficiency of the whole fertilizer pellets, using a horizontal
mixer or disk blender for the mixture;
3. Caking Crushing:  
Crush the caking materials of uniform mixture to better followed pelleting and processing, it is better to use
chain crusher machine;
4. Granulation of materials:
The materials after mixing and crushing are conveyed to granulator through the belt conveyor for fertilizer
production (can choose drum granulator , can also use double roller extrusion granulator, disk granulator,
etc), this step is essential, also the most important aspect in the process of production of fertilizer;
5. Screening in first class:
Preliminary screen granules of semi-finished products, unqualified granules will return to reprocessing in the
stage of mixing. Usually, rotary screening machine;
6. Drying the particles:
Put the qualified particles through the first class screening into the drying machine. And dry the water content
of particles, to improve the particles strength, help to store. Usually, it is using rotary drum dryer;
7. Cooling the particles:
The fertilizer pellets after drying, temperature is too high, easy to caking, after cooling, convenient to bagging
to store and transportation, with a cooling machine to cool them;
8. Secondary screening of particles:
Secondary classification after cooling of the particles, screen the qualified particles .Unqualified particles by
crushing and re-pelleting. Use the secondary drum screening machine;
9. Coating the particles of finished products:
Coating the qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of the particles, with the  most
beautiful appearance, in general, use coating machine for coating;
10. Quantitative packing of finished particles:
The particles after coating means the finished particles is feeded into the silo through belt conveyor for temporary
storage, and then connect with the electronic quantitative packaging scale, bag-sewing machine, etc. automatic
quantitative packing bagging sealing, place them in the ventilate site to store, to achieve the full automation.
